Description
What is the numbering for the extension? E.g. our subscriber code works with subscr_get_by_extension(...) but we treat all extensions the same. E.g. we ignore the Type of the Number and the Numbering Plan.
Also storing an extension number with '+' as subscriber 1 and then trying to send SMS will create a malformed SMS.
