store last location identity to database

for every location update request we get, we should store the info in the db:

• the previous TMSI, if it is contained
• the mnc/mcc/location area of the previous registration
• a timestamp

it would be great to introduce a new table for this, so we can store any number of those events for any given IMEI and thus create a history.
